MENTOR Minnesota is expanding the mentoring movement by providing support and resources to Minnesota Youth Mentoring Programs. We elevate quality by providing technical assistance, group training and help programs improve with the use of the National Quality Mentoring System. We engage with local leadership within mentoring through program building, partnerships and discussion.

Lunch & Learn: Critical Mentoring Supplement Workshop
Join MENTOR MN & MENTOR WA as we co host an engaging workshop highlighting the Critical Mentoring Supplement. Critical mentoring provides the tools we need as mentors and youth workers to create programmatic spaces that support young people by allowing them to ask difficult questions, opportunities to find their own voice and support them as they work toward building their future. To help facilitate this important conversation, MENTOR CA’s Executive Director, Marcus Strother, will lead us through ways we can bring this work to our local youth development spaces.

Join MENTOR MN as we uplift a mentor's voice in speaking to her experience as a motherless daughter mentoring a young person with this shared experience. Girls Rise Up, is a beautifully unique mentoring program which provides opportunities for adult & youth motherless daughters to connect with each other in a safe and loving environment. Christine Meyer, founder of She Climbs Mountains & Girls Rise Up, will join the conversation to highlight why these programs are vital and opportunities for communities to amplify their impact!
