OUR VISION
We believe all youth have agency and power at home, school,
community and in the workplace.

OUR MISSION
We fuel the quality and quantity of equitable and inclusive developmental relationships for Minnesota's young people by building and elevating the capacity of programs, systems and policies.

ABOUT US

MENTOR Minnesota is a state-wide nonprofit (501c3) organization committed to supporting mentorship and assisting youth-focused organizations and businesses in strengthening their programs or incorporating a mentoring approach into their current initiatives. We believe that relationship-driven efforts encompass individuals of all ages and identities, reaching everyone from Pre-K children to older adults.

To realize this vision, we offer training, resources, and consulting—primarily at no cost—to foster a community where everyone has the opportunity to connect with a mentor and emphasize relationship-centered programming.

BECOME A MENTOR

The Mentoring Connector is the only national database of mentoring programs. The Mentoring Connector is a free service that helps quality youth mentoring programs across the country recruit more local volunteers while greatly increasing visibility for their organizations.
