NOW HIRING - YOUTH ENGAGEMENT COORDINATOR

MENTOR Minnesota has big projects in the works, including launching a statewide Mental Health Ambassadors program. We want someone to help us recruit, host, and train cohorts of young people in the Mental Health Ambassador program across the state. This project will include a mix of in-person and virtual training. Ideally, you
will also be able to support our work with a similar, but distinct cohort specific for Indigenous Mental Health.

 

In this role, you’ll cultivate those new connections and support their learning needs through exploration, curriculum development, and training delivery. When you are not leading our Mental Health Ambassadors cohorts, you may be engaging our mission through youth advocacy work on a state or federal level.

SALARY: $60,000

POSITION STATUS: Full-time

NOW HIRING - CONSULTANT

Are you well-versed in the art of creating a logic model? Could you write the book on how to screen mentors? Do you have a lot of experience working with boys and young men of color or youth from military families or LGBTQ+ youth? If so, we’d like to have coffee with you. MENTOR Minnesota is looking for consultants or contractors to help us deliver training and/or technical assistance to programs in our network.

Some key tasks might include:
• Support technical assistance projects as assigned
• Serve on a team of trainers for MENTOR MN’s key programming areas/initiatives
• Develop new training, supplementary materials, and/or resources as needed
